Rev. Richard J. Bozzelli - Pastor
Fr. Rich Bozzelli has been pastor of Corpus Christi Church since February 2000. He is the parish’s principal celebrant of its liturgies and sacraments and is available for counseling, as may be needed on an occasional basis. Responsible for the overall management of the parish, Fr. Rich works closely with the parish’s Pastoral Council, Liturgy Committee, and Finance Committee. Fr Rich serves on the Board of Directors of the Reservoir Hill Improvement Council, as well as the Institute for Christian & Jewish Studies. He is active in Beyond the Boundaries, an Archdiocesan program for educating and advocating for affordable housing in the Baltimore Metropolitan Region. Fr. Rich is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University, Harvard Law School, and St. Mary’s Seminary & University. For some of his recent homilies, click here.
Betsy Lafferty - Pastoral Associate
Betsy Lafferty, Pastoral Associate at Corpus Christi since July, 2006, received her MA in Theology with a concentration in Systematic Theology from Washington Theological Union. Her primary responsibilities involve the coordination of the parish’s outreach ministries: the supper and food program at the Corpus Christi Community Center in Reservoir Hill, the Sister Parish in Sepalau, Guatemala, Father Charles Hall School and the church’s neighbor Baltimore City chartered school, Midtown Academy in Bolton Hill. She works with the parish’s Social Outreach Advisory Board, which is responsible for the grants distributed by the church. She met her husband Steve Lafferty in graduate school at Bowling Green State University in Ohio. They have lived in Baltimore for 35 years. Besides her passion for theology, she also loves thoroughbred race horses. A strong advocate for community service and volunteerism, Betsy currently is a Commissioner on the Maryland Governor’s Commission on Service and Volunteerism.
Frank Hodges - Deacon
Ordained to the diaconate in June of 1981. Assists at liturgies and performs baptisms and weddings. Active in the Finance, Liturgy and Facilities Committees. His wife, Jeanne, died in 1992. He has three children, Frank Jr, Jennifer, and Addison, four grandchildren and one great grandson.
Fritz Bauerschmidt - Deacon
Frederick (Fritz) Bauerschmidt was ordained to the diaconate in 2007. At Corpus Christi he works with the RCIA and the altar servers, as well as preaching and performing baptisms and weddings. When he is not at Corpus Christi he teaches theology at Loyola University Maryland. He is married to Maureen Sweeney and has three children, Thomas, Sophie and Denis. Roberta Brown - Community Center Food Program Manager
It seems I’ve always served people in every aspect of my life. I was a Residential Coordinator for a community based program for disabled adults. I planned their menus, did the shopping and handled other odds and ends for the participants. After that I worked on the world famous Corned Beef Row where I sliced, prepared and served sandwiches. Later I worked at Saval Foods. I have been the Food Program Manager at Corpus Christi since April, 2008. I think Corpus Christi is a very warm and welcoming Church.

Robert Wissman - Business Manager
Bob is a graduate of Loyola College. He left the Maryland Department of Human Resources after 34 years of service to come to Corpus Christi in 2004. He and his wife Barbara reside in the Ellicott City area. Bob enjoys officiating swimming and track and field events, from novice level meets through the college level.
